Who are we?
LKA, a South African-based company, has been supplying environmentally responsible and sustainable eco-friendly food and beverage packaging of sound quality for more than six years. We are in a position to supply our products in all nine South African provinces and across the African continent. Our customers include fast food outlets, catering services companies, resorts, hotels, and nature/game reserves. Our business philosophy is to supply packaging that contributes to and promotes the circular economy. The circular economy within the context of sustainable packaging is an excellent tool in contributing to economic development, social development and environmental protection. LKA’s packaging products promotes recyclability and the reduction of waste to landfill, thereby contributing significantly to the circular economy and without compromising packaging performance.

Our product range supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals 12, 13 & 14 in:
(i) Reducing waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling and reuse,
(ii) Reducing greenhouse gas emissions (less to landfills), and
(iii) Preventing and reducing marine pollution, in particular from land-based activities.
We have Africa at heart
The resumed fifth session of the United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA-5.2) took place online and in Nairobi from 28 February to 02 March 2022, with a historic resolution to end plastic pollution and forge an international legally binding agreement by 2024. LKA consults with key strategic players in the packaging industry who have similar business objectives to us. We share ideas, plans and food for thought on recyclable, renewable and sustainable packaging. Why the 'dot Africa' domain? LKA's objective similar to that which is close to the hearts of all people who reside on the African continent is to protect and preserve our environment for future generations. LKA's vision is to provide the African continent with renewable and sustainable environmentally responsible packaging solutions that are easily recyclable, biodegradable and compostable.
